Challenge: To create a user-friendly system for streamlining the maintenance of air purification devices, addressing the need for proactive and efficient maintenance.
Solution: I led the UX research and design for UniqAir Maintence Platform, a web-based platform that simplifies maintenance workflows for technicians. Through user interviews and journey mapping, I identified key pain points and designed an intuitive interface with clear data visualizations. I designed interactive dashboards that enabled technicians to quickly diagnose issues and schedule preventative maintenance. I also designed the mobile interface used by the field technicians.
